Thank you for participating in the Knowledge Management Survey conducted by the University of Massachusetts with its India knowledge partner ZeebraCross™ (A Unit of InfocusRx Marketing and Communication Pvt. Ltd.).

The objective of this survey is to understand the process of integration of information within organizations. For this, we are interviewing senior executives in more than 1,000 companies based in the United States, China and India. The survey results will be used for academic purposes only.

The results of this research project will help improve understanding of how firms use information they receive to enhance their performance. We hope the results of the survey will be useful to organizations and the academia. The results will be published in leading business journals.

The survey includes nine different sections each section with five to seven questions.

Approximately, 15 - 20 minutes would be required to complete this survey.
