Moozup

Moozup - a platform that helps event organizers eliminate the need for printing agenda for their events by mobilizing the entire event information. MoozUp allows delegates to access event information like the agenda, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors profiles directly from their mobiles through a mobile web app.

Strategy

This project required complete new perspective of looking at things from event organizers and delegates perspective. The app usage was not mere limited to event organizers to reduce printing costs but also provide real time event updates and a positive experience for attendee. Delegate features includes: mobile agenda; live questions, rich conversations, connect, share and network. Organizers feature includes: Broadcast; Track Engagement; Event Integration, Polls.
