Services:

Customer Satisfaction Survey: It is the most common form of mystery shopping in which experienced shoppers anonymously evaluate the customer service, operations, merchandising, product quality and other elements of the consumer’s experience.

Competitive and comparative intelligence: It is done by experienced and educated shoppers to compare customer service or pricing with a competitor. Usually, the observation is noted on the same survey form used by the client for the purpose of comparison.

Identifying the training needs: It is done as a follow-up of mystery shopping. The results of the surveys are compiled and analyzed to develop a training program focusing on the areas that require improvement.

Developed integrated marketing and communications solutions for a leading pharmaceutical company: The client was seeking an agency to design a marketing and communication strategy for the launch of its OTC product in retail market. We proposed to create and execute a brand strategy that captures the attention and imagination of their target customer, tapping into the individual’s needs, wants and desires, while establishing a connection between the advertised product and the target customer’s lifestyle, beliefs or values.
  3. Developed business plan for a US based IT Services Company who wanted to explore the opportunity to enter into Financial and Accounting Outsourcing business, Legal Process Outsourcing and Contract Research Organization.
  4. WiMAX Research: The research study involved feasibility study on deploying Wimax Solutions in the Middle-East, CIS countries, Asia, Europe & Africa in different environments- including urban, towns and rural areas for a country.

    VoIP Business Research: The objective of this business research was to get a complete idea and detailed understanding of how the VoIP Business works with detailed info on whom to contact for sourcing VOIP services/products.

    Mobile Phone Technology Transfer: The objective of this research study was to understand the mobile phone manufacturing industry and technology involved. Also, to locate strategic technical partners for availing technology transfer for manufacturing mobile phones.
  5. We supported a healthcare business development strategy consulting firm, assisting its clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare investment industries. The deliverables included:
    • Continuous Intelligence: Information delivery across therapies, treatments and regulatory parameters. Tracking of investigational drugs through stages of clinical development in the field of oncology, cardiology, gastroenterology, surgery, immunology, endocrinology etc.

  7. A leading Nutritional supplement company was seeking a marketing partner to market its range of weight loss dietary supplement in India. We proposed to conduct a market study and develop a marketing plan for the product launch in India. The market study involved analysis of consumer buying behaviour, attitudes and preferences; competitor analysis; recommendation of promotional platforms; study of industry standards and regulation in Indian market; understanding of business model and distribution network of the existing players. The project was divided into four phases: Phase 1: Market study; Phase 2: Establishing the marketing mix; Phase 3: Optimizing the marketing mix and validation; Phase 4: Pre-launch in selected areas followed by the actual launch.

  9. We supported one of the largest media research companies to investigate on a global basis to report how the world of innovation and entrepreneurship are transforming business.
    Also, we were the exclusive partner for Red Herring –ATRE07 summit, held in Mumbai 2007.
  10. Medical Tourism - Globalization of healthcare. The client was exploring the opportunity to collaborate with Indian Corporate Hospitals into the domain of Medical Tourism. The project involved study of medical visitor experience , interviewing Chief/ Medical Directors of corporate hospitals -Apollo Hospital , LV Prasad , Wockhardt, Yashoda hospital, Fortis , Max Healthcare, Tata Memorial Hospital… and KOL development.
